The Maui Orchid Society General Membership Meeting started at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, November 20, at the Wailuku Community Center.  There were two Beginners' Sessions.  The first was led by Carol Choda, who gave excellent advice on how to begin growing orchids.  She was followed by Andy Fulmer, who provided his ups and downs of learning to grow orchids in his backyard.
